Posting Notice:
Posting Notices are known as “Notice of Compliance” and are automatically provided by the Workers Compensation Division when coverage is first obtained or providers have changed.
State Posting Notice Compliance Requirements:
- Must be posted in one or more conspicuous places at each insured location.
- Must post both English and Spanish versions together.
- Additional Copies of the “Notice of Compliance” are available at the website listed below.
