Crum & Forster is proud to have been Certified™ by Great Place to Work®. Great Place to Work® is the global authority on workplace culture, employee experience, and the leadership behaviors proven to deliver market-leading revenue, employee retention and increased innovation.

The prestigious award collects data on what current employees think about their experience working at C&F. This year, 89% of employees said C&F is a great place to work as opposed to 59% at a typical company. The award is also based on an evaluation of our programs and benefits.

2021 Workplace Health Achievement

The American Heart Association’s 2021 Workplace Health Achievement Index recognized Crum & Foster with gold status for the significant steps we take to build a culture of health in the workplace.

The Association created the Index with its CEO Roundtable, a leadership collaborative of more than 45 members from some of America’s largest companies who are committed to applying evidence-based approaches to improve their employees’ overall health. The Index is a web-based scorecard that looks at organizational best practices and aggregates employee health data to evaluate the overall quality and comprehensiveness of workplace health programs.

100 Best Adoption-Friendly Workplaces

Crum & Forster was named one of the 2022 top 100 adoption-friendly workplaces in the United States by the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption.  The list recognizes organizations with the most robust adoption benefit programs, comparing financial reimbursement and paid leave offered to employees who adopt, based on a survey of organizations across the country.

C&F continues to expand its overall parental benefits by providing qualifying mothers, fathers and/or domestic partners (regardless of gender) with up to 12 weeks of leave paid at 100% of actual base salary to care for and bond with their newborn or newly placed child, including adoption and/or foster care.

2021 Aetna Well-being Award

Aetna recently named Crum & Foster an Above and Beyond Silver Award Winner. Aetna uses its annual Workplace Well-being Award program to celebrate companies and institutions that show a commitment to creating a healthier workplace for employees through innovative programs.
