We recognize that people with diverse backgrounds, experiences and perspectives fuel our growth and enrich our culture. In 2021, we launched our inaugural Leadership Development Internship Program. This internship team learned a lot from each other’s diverse perspectives, and we learned a lot from them! A majority of the participants will continue their career with C&F; some will support our business during their senior year of college as a part-time employee, others will be joining us full-time. Still, others will join the next Leadership Development Program in summer 2022. From this Leadership Development Program to university partnerships and sponsorship of professional organizations, we strive to attract talent from many different sources.
Crum & Forster offers paid internships with various business functions to deliver a well-rounded understanding of the insurance industry and practical experience in designated fields of study.
Designed for students with varying majors and backgrounds, our internships are based in our corporate headquarters in Morristown, NJ, or in one of our many locations. Full and part-time internships are available throughout the year.

The Leadership Development Internship is an enriching program that provides high-potential students with an opportunity to gain exposure to C&F’s organization, develop their business acumen, and obtain knowledge of the insurance industry.
