Experienced industry leader tapped to further A&H’s business development efforts
EATONTOWN, N.J., July 8, 2021 – Bolstering its business development and marketing efforts, Crum & Forster’s (C&F) Accident & Health (A&H) division has appointed Marc Flood, Vice President of Business Development.
In his new role, Flood is responsible for all facets of business development, including sourcing new opportunities to enhance and broaden C&F’s distribution channels, strategic planning and collaboration with senior leadership and executing on the company’s growth plans. He will also expand cross-selling opportunities, while defining and measuring overall performance and progress.
Flood comes to A&H from Travel Insured International (TII), a C&F Company, where for more than a decade, he has led the sales and business development growth initiatives for one of the leading providers of travel protection plans.
“Marc’s demonstrated business development experience, collaborative approach and proven leadership combine to make him a great fit for this role,” said Lauren Woods, Senior Vice President, Marketing, Communications and Business Development for C&F’s A&H division and to whom Marc reports. “Along with the company’s senior leadership, I have tremendous confidence in Marc’s ability to build on our success within A&H and, importantly, C&F overall.”

Prior to joining TII, Flood held senior business development and management roles for POMCO Group (now a division of UnitedHealthcare), as well as marketing and advertising roles for MRA Group (now MOWER).
