The Rotational Leadership Development Internship is an enriching 12-week program that provides high-potential students with an opportunity to gain exposure to C&F’s organization, develop their business acumen, and obtain knowledge of the insurance industry. It’s also a great way to gain confidence, sharpen your skills and make an impact.

Many of our Leadership Development interns receive an offer to join Crum & Forster after graduation and be part of a rotational program focused on accelerating the development of high potential talent.
