Noel Briordy
Noel Briordy (she/her) is the Director of Social Impact at Crum & Forster (C&F) based in Morristown, NJ. With a proud history going back to 1822, C&F provides market-leading property & casualty, accident & health and specialty insurance and employs more than 2500 people in the United States and India. C&F is recognized as a “Great Place to Work®”.
Noel drives the strategic development of the company’s ESG (Environment, Social, and Governance) programs and creates signature employee engagement opportunities. This includes management of the company’s volunteer initiatives, corporate and divisional sponsorships, matching gifts program and various employee-led charitable committees.
Additionally, Noel was part of the team that launched C&F’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion platform, Belonging@C&F, which is dedicated to fostering all levels of diversity and inclusion within the C&F organization, as well as attracting and retaining diverse talent. She currently serves on C&F’s Inclusivity Council, a diverse group of cross-divisional senior leaders who are committed to furthering C&F’s diversity, inclusivity and belonging efforts.
Noel is a member of the Board of Directors of JBWS, a nonprofit agency that provides safety, support and solutions for abuse for those living and working in Morris County, serves on the Advisory Board for Morris County Chamber of Commerce’s (MCCC) Young Professionals Group and was part of the MCCC Leadership Morris Class of 2022.
Noel graduated cum laude from Ramapo College of New Jersey. Outside of work, Noel enjoys attending concerts with her husband, watching movies with their dog and being a proud new momma to their son.
