State Posting Notice Compliance Requirements:

• Must be posted in one or more conspicuous places at each insured location.
• Must be printed on orange or salmon card stock (heavy weight paper advertised as 65 lb weight or greater).
• Notice in Spanish is not required by law to be posted but can be offered as a courtesy.
• Add the Named Insured and date to form prior to printing.
