State Posting Notice Compliance Requirements:
Bill of Rights Notice
- Every employer must post the Bill of Rights in a conspicuous place at each insured location easily accessible to all employees.
- Must be printed on 8.5 x 14” paper.
- Must be posted in English and Spanish can be posted as a courtesy.
Panel of Physicians Notice
- Every employer must post the Panel of Physicians Notice in a conspicuous place at each insured location easily accessible to all employees.
- Must be printed on 8.5 x 14” paper.
- Must be posted in English and Spanish can be posted as a courtesy.
- The notice requires a specific physician panel to be shown. Instructions for locating the physician panel are located below.
Official Notice
- Every employer must list the appropriate physicians on this notice
- Must be printed on 8.5” x 14” paper
- Must be posted both in English and Spanish as attached above
