State Posting Notice Compliance Requirements:

Bill of Rights Notice

  • Every employer must post the Bill of Rights in a conspicuous place at each insured location easily accessible to all employees.
  • Must be printed on 8.5 x 14” paper.
  • Must be posted in English and Spanish can be posted as a courtesy.

Panel of Physicians Notice

  • Every employer must post the Panel of Physicians Notice in a conspicuous place at each insured location easily accessible to all employees.
  • Must be printed on 8.5 x 14” paper.
  • Must be posted in English and Spanish can be posted as a courtesy.
  • The notice requires a specific physician panel to be shown. Instructions for locating the physician panel are located below.

Official Notice

  • Every employer must list the appropriate physicians on this notice
  • Must be printed on 8.5” x 14” paper
  • Must be posted both in English and Spanish as attached above

Posting Bill of Rights and Panel of Physician Notice: Failure to post the Bill of Rights and Panel of Physician Notices could result in fines and penalties in the state of GA. If the Bill of Rights and Panel of Physician Notices are needed, then please contact C&F at CF.WCPanel@cfins.com

  • Search by Provider Address, Name or Region
  • Select the Distance, Provider Type and Specialty
  • Results can then be exported to a directory or excel.
  • You can obtain a Map List or text message by selecting a specific provider
