State Posting Notice Compliance Requirements:
- Must be displayed in a conspicuous place in and about the employer’s business. The employer must show the name of the carrier, claims office address and telephone number, and policy expiration date.
- Notice in Spanish is not required by law but they recommend it as a courtesy.
- Must be printed on 8.5 x 14” paper.
- Please select the Workers’ Compensation Insurance Company from the drop down box and add the policy number and expiration date prior to printing.
