Using their Index Survey, Great Place To Work® surveys employees and measures the core of what they know creates great workplaces – key behaviors that drive trust in management, connection with colleagues, and loyalty to the company.
Crum & Forster was awarded the Nation’s Best and Brightest in Wellness for 2025 by The National Association for Business Resources (NABR). Winning companies have excelled in implementing innovative health programs, offering comprehensive benefits, and fostering a culture that prioritizes the wellbeing of their employees. Their efforts have significantly improved health and happiness of their workforce, setting a benchmark for other organizations to follow. Winners are evaluated on various categories, including wellness program culture, environment, employee input, financial wellbeing, leadership commitment, physical and mental health.
For the second consecutive year, in 2024, Crum & Forster received the American Heart Association (AHA) Platinum Award for Healthy Work Culture. The AHA recognizes the critical role that mental health, well-being, and health equity play in the overall health of the workforce.
To support this, the AHA developed the “Well-being Works Better Scorecard,” which measures and evaluates organizational health. Participating organizations complete the Scorecard annually, answering questions about leadership involvement in well-being advocacy, strategic communications, programs addressing chronic illnesses and health risks, community partnerships and engagement, outcome reporting, organizational well-being, health equity, policies, and workplace environment.
Crum & Forster was named one of the 2025 top 100 adoption-friendly workplaces in the United States by the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption. The list recognizes organizations with the most robust adoption benefit programs, comparing financial reimbursement and paid leave offered to employees who adopt, based on a survey of organizations across the country.
C&F continues to expand its overall parental benefits by providing qualifying mothers, fathers and/or domestic partners (regardless of gender) with up to 12 weeks of leave paid at 100% of actual base salary to care for and bond with their newborn or newly placed child, including adoption and/or foster care.
