Surplus & Specialty Lines Division Offers Job Opportunity of a Lifetime
Amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, twelve recent college graduates have been given the opportunity of a lifetime through the “Launch PAD” (Professional Accelerated Development) program, created by Crum & Forster’s Surplus & Specialty Lines division. These talented and motivated individuals from diverse background are learning about the commercial property & casualty insurance industry from the inside out, across various disciplines, including underwriting, claims, actuarial, legal, ERM, Operations, HR and data science. A mix of classroom learning, online courses, on-the-job training and mentoring leads to an even more exciting reward at the end of the five-month paid training program – the chance for a full-time position within the division.
Giving Back
C&F Makes Donation to Boys & Girls Club to Help Fund Childcare
Crum & Forster’s Charitable Impact Committee announced that it has donated $20,000 to the Boys & Girls Club of Northwest New Jersey (BGCNWNJ) to support hardship scholarships for local families. The BGCNWNJ Neighbors in Hardship Scholarship Fund was recently created to help alleviate the burden of childcare costs for families that are struggling financially. The C&F CIC is an employee-driven group committed to giving back to the communities in which we live and work.
