If you are receiving invoices directly from the Company you are eligible to enroll in electronic payment services.

You can self-register on the portal using either your account# and mailing zip code, or policy#, effective date and mailing zip code.

You can register in the online portal once your first invoice has been generated. Once registered, you can make a payment at any time.

We accept one-time payments and recurring payments. Payments can be made online via eCheck, debit card or credit card (Visa, Mastercard and Discover) for no additional fee.

There is no cost for enrolling in and using our electronic payment site.

We suggest that you make your payment at least two (2) business days before the actual payment due date.

Payments may be processed immediately, however, there may be a delay on when the funds are deducted.

Yes, once you have successfully processed your transaction, a confirmation number will be available for you to print or email to yourself.

No, all changes must be submitted through your insurance agent/broker.

Pay Bill: Terms & Conditions

If you elect to pay your premium bill online, the following terms and conditions apply:

  • Crum & Forster uses One Inc, a PCI DSS Level 1-compliant third-party service provider, to facilitate online payments. When using the One Inc service, your payment details will be collected, stored, and processed by One Inc. The One Inc service is not maintained or controlled by Crum & Forster. Please refer to One Inc’s terms of use and privacy policy on its website.
  • To use the One Inc service, click on the link provided to access the payment portal. Then, register for an account by creating login credentials. On the next screen, provide your payment details along with other information deemed necessary by One Inc to facilitate your online payment. Upon submitting a payment through One Inc, Crum & Forster will provide information to One Inc about you and your policy to facilitate the online payment. Keep your login credentials confidential and notify [[[One Inc]]] immediately if there is a problem relating to your login credentials.
  • Crum & Forster provides minimal information to Chase to assist in the enrollment for the Pay Connexion website. Crum & Forster will not be given access to your User ID, password, or any of the information that you provide to Chase. Crum & Forster will of course be given information from Chase regarding the amount and status of your payments.
  •  In accessing the Crum & Forster website, you agree that:
    • Crum & Forster is not responsible or liable for the storage, use, maintenance or handling by One Inc of the information you provide to One Inc.
  •  If you received a cancellation notice, refer to the cancellation effective date on the printed notice. Unless we receive full payment before the cancellation effective date, the policy will cancel for non-payment of premium. Payment on canceled policies will not guarantee the reinstatement of coverage.
    •  If a cancellation is pending, unless full payment is received prior to the cancellation effective date the policy will cancel for non-payment of premiums.
    • If an online payment is returned due to insufficient funds or account closure, an online processing fee could apply. The amount of the fee varies by jurisdiction.
  •  By using the One Inc service to make an online payment, you agree that Crum & Forster and its third-party service provider may act on the information provided to One Inc using your login credentials and that Crum & Forster shall not be liable for any act or omission arising out of such information.
