Early Career

Paid Training & Tryout

Crum & Forster’s Surplus and Specialty Lines Division has launched a training/tryout program geared for recent college graduates. Created by industry experts from various disciplines (underwriting, claims, actuarial, digital, data science, human resources, legal and more), our program offers detailed insights into the processes, tools and strategic capabilities required to succeed in the commercial insurance industry. Our program is designed to provide opportunities for a limited number of candidates to gain a foundational knowledge of the insurance industry, which may lead to a full-time position at the end of the program – think of it as paid training and a great shot at a career position.
