Our Workers' Compensation policies comprehensively respond to the coverage
requirements of the workers' compensation laws applicable by state, including
but not limited to, medical costs resulting from a covered injury or disease,
compensation for lost wages, medical and/or vocational rehabilitation, and
death benefits. The employers liability section of the policy protects you from
claims made by your employees in situations falling outside the workers'
compensation laws, subject to policy terms and conditions.
Foreign Voluntary Compensation and Employers Liability Coverage Endorsement — A
coverage enhancement which provides coverage to you and your employees for work related
injuries in territories outside of the United States. Coverage is selectively offered
based on underwriting criteria.
