Jim Kraus is responsible for management of Crum & Forster’s legal
department and corporate secretarial functions.
Jim joined former Crum & Forster subsidiary Industrial Indemnity Company in 1986
and has been with Crum & Forster since 1993. He is a graduate of
the University of Santa Clara, where he obtained his B.A., and
from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law,
where he earned his J.D. He was a litigator in private practice
in San Francisco for seven years prior to joining Industrial
Indemnity Company. He is a member of the California State Bar
Association and an In-House member of the New Jersey State Bar
Association.
